I have been working on implementing SAP solutions since 1997 and specifically SAP CRM since 2002. I have been through projects in many business sectors: pharma, automotive, services, CPG. And through the years I moved from a technical role to management positions. Always helping customers across two continents better understand how to translate their business in great software solutions.

A rather innocent and naive question on Quora sparked a fiery debate, what is best? AngularJS or React.js?

I don’t want to take part in the usual programmers fanboy fight over what is best. I am agnostic. I like both those frameworks, but there’s a side discussion which originated within comments to that Quora question I would like to recap here.

Multichannel vs Omnichannel

Business have just started to digest the “multichannel” concept and a new buzzword emerged: “omnichannel,”. Often used interchangeably these terms are not identical, they’re actually identifying radically different iteration of the sale process morphing from offline to online to a revolutionary concept, that sales are always sales. That every touchpoint in the buying process should be smooth and integrated in a continuous buying experience from the perspective of the consumer.
