Since March 2013 have been working 14 hours a day on my own company, an Ecommerce website for tires. I am the only founder and trying to put into it all my expertise about IT, web marketing and CRM. While also trying to manage my time to be able to swim more, and spend more time with my wife and kid.
From September 2012 to March 2013 @Atos, I was directing the CRM Marketing & Sales competence center leading its growth in numbers and expertise, and supervising the larget SAP CRM 7.0 implementation in Italy.
From July 2011 to June 2012 @TechEdgeGroup, I was overseeing a core/global SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management implementation for Ferrero Spa, first deployments scheduled in US, Canada and Poland. Plus helping design mobile solution based on SAP iOS Retail eXecution APP.
I was in Paris from December 2007 to June 2011, working at Schneider Electric, where close to business stakeholders I lead redesign and implement SAP CRM solution for deployment in 21 countries. I ensured new solution met company’s updated CIO application strategy.

Led company for 24 months bringing it from initial launch to €4M in sales and reaching break-even point. Directed all marketing efforts and defined SEM/SEO strategy increasing CPA and ROI to market best.
